About OrderOps
OrderOps was built out of real, hands-on experience in church ministry.
My name is Luke White, and I’ve seen firsthand how disorganized systems—scattered communication, unclear processes, and outdated tools—can slow down even the most passionate and willing teams. But I’ve also seen the opposite.
When the right systems are put in place—simple, focused, and built with people in mind—everything changes. Teams become unified. Vision becomes clear. Communication flows. New people don’t just attend—they get connected.
At the core of OrderOps is a simple belief: Systems should serve people, not the other way around.
A Biblical Foundation
Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 14:40 that “all things should be done decently and in order.”
This isn’t just about structure—it’s about creating an environment where ministry can function the way it was intended.
And throughout 1 Corinthians 12, Paul describes the Church as a body—many parts working together, each supporting the other. When systems are clear and effective, they help the body function properly, allowing each part to do its role and strengthen the whole.
Why OrderOps Exists
OrderOps exists to help churches build practical, effective systems that support ministry—not complicate it.
Through tools like Google Workspace, organized communication workflows, Planning Center, volunteer structures, and event systems, the goal is simple:
• Bring clarity to leadership
• Create unity across teams
• Connect people more effectively
• Support the growth of the church
Because when the internal systems are healthy, the ministry can thrive.
Let’s Build Something That Works
Whether your church is growing, restructuring, or simply feeling the strain of disorganization, OrderOps is here to help bring order, clarity, and structure—so you can focus on what matters most.
